The Ingredients Which I Used For This :
| Sr | Ingredients |
| 1 | Potatoes Four Medium |
| 2 | Onion Three Medium |
| 3 | Green Chillies Four Slices |
| 4 | Gram Flour One Cup |
| 5 | Flour Three Teblespoon |
| 6 | Cumin Seeds One Spoon |
| 7 | Coriander Seeds One Spoon |
| 8 | Qasuri Methi (Dried Fenugreek)One Teaspoon |
| 9 | Salt One Spoon Or As Taste |
| 10 | Red Chilli Powder One Tablespoon |
| 11 | Ajwain (Carom Seeds) Teaspoon |
| 12 | Fresh Green Coriander |
| 13 | Red Chilli Flakes One Tablespoon |
| 14 | Turmeric Half Teaspoon |

Procedure :
I began by preparing the ingredients for pakoras. First I peeled the potatoes and onions. Then I sliced the onions thinly. Then I grated the potatoes. After washing and draining the grated potatoes. I finely chopped the green chilies and fresh coriander.

Then I took a nice bowl. I added all the ingredients one by one. The potatoes, onions, coriander, and green chilies. So I began preparing the gram flour batter for the potato pakoras.

Then I added the listed spices to the mixture. Then I mixed in the gram flour followed by a small amount of wheat flour.

Then I added a little water and mixed everything well with my hands. It does not combine properly with a spoon. I usually prefer mixing pakora batter by hand. When it was well mixed. I shaped the mixture into pakoras.

I had already heated oil in a kadhai on the stove. When the oil was hot. I carefully added the pakoras one by one. I filling the pan as much as possible. I started frying them.

When they were fried on one side. I gently flipped them. Then I cooked the other side until they turned a light golden brown. So guys this is how I prepared my delicious pakoras.

Finally the pakoras were golden and crispy ready to enjoy.
