To participate in this competition, today I have made a very nice dessert with fruits and vegetables. Today I have made a very delicious dessert with carrots, it is quite delicious to eat. It is delicious to eat as it is made with carrots, it has a lot of nutrients. In fact, carrots provide a lot of nutrients to our body, but when you make a dessert with carrots, it is also quite tempting to eat. I really liked eating this dessert made with carrots, my whole family ate this dessert with great pleasure.

This carrot sweet that I made today was also very delicious to eat, it was also very tempting to look at, which we all liked to eat. There are different types of Arabic sweets with vegetables. I have eaten a few more vegetable sweets, but each sweet was quite good to eat. Sweets made with vegetables are as delicious to eat as they are very healthy for our body.

Ingredients

• Liquid milk 300 grams
• Carrot 1
• Almonds
• Chinigura rice 2 tablespoons
• Sugar
• Powdered milk
• Ghee 1 tablespoon
• Salt

Details:

First, I soaked the Chinigura rice in water for two hours, washed it well and took it in a bowl.

Then I will chop the carrots very finely and cut the almonds into small pieces.

Now I will put the soaked Chinigura rice in a blender machine and blend it.

I will put a fan in the stove and add ghee inside it and when it gets a little hot, I will add the chopped carrots there.

I will fry the carrots for three to four minutes then I will add salt and sugar to taste.

Now I will boil the carrots with liquid milk for two minutes then I will add the blended rice mixture here.

Finally, when the mixture becomes a little thick, I will add the powdered milk here and mix everything well and I will turn off the stove.

I did not face any difficulty during making this recipe. I made this recipe with great pleasure. I love making different types of recipes so when I see that I will make something new then I enjoy it a lot. Moreover, every ingredient to make this recipe was in our house so I did not have to face any trouble. I really enjoyed making the carrot sweet and its taste was so delicious that I have never made such a delicious sweet before. The carrot sweet was actually very delicious which I enjoyed making a lot and everyone in our family, young and old, liked it a lot.

This sweet I made is very nutritious because I made it with carrots. Carrots provide a lot of nutrients to our body. All the ingredients I added to make this sweet have a lot of energy and I did not add any harmful medicine to make this sweet so it is a healthy sweet which is very good for our body. Sweets made with vegetables are not only delicious to eat but also full of nutrients. In this rain I have added carrots, milk, and nuts, which provide a lot of energy for our body. I think that such sweets are healthy food for our body, so I sometimes make such sweets for my family.
