Today I will make the popular potato paratha as per the instructions of the respected teacher @bdwomen. Before starting to make potato paratha, I am introducing you to its ingredients. Below, I have presented the ingredients of potato paratha-

😋Tutorial on making a delicious Potato Paratha
😋Step 1:-
- Preparation of recipe First, I wash four potatoes well with clean water.
- Then I cut them into small pieces, so that the potatoes will cook quickly.
- Now I put enough water in a pan and let the washed potatoes boil inside the pan.

- Now I peel two onions and chop them finely and put them in a bowl.

- Now I wash the coriander leaves with clean water and chop them finely.

- Now I take the dried chilies in a pan, add a little oil there, and fry them well, and then put them in a bowl.
- Now I grind the chilies and arrange them in a bowl.

- Now I take a bowl of flour in a bowl.
- Add salt to it.
- And add two spoons of soybean oil, which will make the dough soft.
- Now I make the dough with the help of my hands by adding water to it and putting it in a bowl.

😋Step 6:-
- The potatoes are already cooked well, I keep the potatoes in the oven for some more time so that the water inside the potatoes dries up.
- When I think the potatoes are cooked properly, I take them out of the oven and let them cool.

- Now I separate the potato skins with my hands.
- Then I peel the potatoes well, and put them in a bowl;
- All the ingredients for making potato paratha are ready.

😋Step 8:-
- Now I take a large bowl, add chopped onion, chopped coriander leaves, dry chili powder, and salt as needed.
- Mix all the items together.
- Now I put the pasted potatoes in the spice mixture and make a tasty mixture or filling.

😋Step 9:-
- Now I divide the previously prepared dough into four parts.
- I will make one roti with each part.
- Now I make bread with yeast.
- When the bread is made, I put a certain amount of potato mixture inside it.
- I spread the mixture well. Then I fold one side by one. Then I bring it up and close the mouth.

- Now I will knead the bread with the potato mixture again and make perfect bread.
- Following the same method, I will make the remaining three breads.

- The wonderful potato bread is finished. Now I will fry the prepared breads.
- For this, I put a pan in the oven. I wait until the pan is hot. Now I put the necessary oil in the pan to fry the prepared breads.
- When the oil is hot, I fry the potato breads one by one.

- I turn the bread over after some time so that both sides of the bread are fried well.
- And when it is fried, I put it on a plate.
- Following the same method, fry the remaining rotis on a hot towel and place them on a plate, and finish making the alu roti.
