SLC30-W6 | “Potato Magic Challenge” : Potato Cutlet

Hello dear friends,

Today, I have come to participate in the sixth week of the Steemit Challenge SLC-S30/W6, organized by the Honorable teacher @bdwomen. She has brought a tasty “Potato Magic Challenge” : Potato Cutlet". I feel proud to participate in this challenge.

Create top of the potato chop recipe and share the recipe details and pictures.-

Today, I will make delicious potato cutlets as per the instructions of the respected teacher @bdwomen. Before starting to make the cutlets, I will introduce their ingredients. Below, I have mentioned the ingredients for making cutlets-

🍽️Ingredients for making cutlets

Now I am making delicious potato cutlets using the above ingredients, and I am presenting the tutorial below-

😋🍽️Tutorial on making a delicious Potato Cutlet-

😋Step 1:-

Before starting to make potato cutlets, I combine all the ingredients and boil the potatoes well.
Now I peel the potatoes, then mash them well with my hands, and keep them in a bowl.

😋Step 2:-

Now I chop the onion, wash the coriander leaves well, and put them in separate bowls.

😋Step 3:-

Now I put a pan on the stove, add some soybean oil there,
Wait until the oil is hot. Then I add the chopped onions to the stove.I also add the chopped green chillies,
Now I fry them well in the stove for a while.

😋Step 4:-

When the onions are fried, I add a spoonful of turmeric powder, a spoonful of chili powder and half a spoon of spices in it,
After adding all the items, I fry them all again.

😋Step 5:-

When the spices are fried, I add the mashed potatoes to it. And mix it in the musalla.
Along with that, I add salt and coriander leaves and fry them well.

😋Step 6:-

Once it is fried, I put it in a bowl and let it cool.

😋Step 7:-

Now I make cutlets little by little from the fried potatoes. And arrange them on a plate.

Now I break two eggs in a bowl and mix them well.

😋Step 9:-

At this stage, I put enough soybean oil in a pan. I wait until the oil is hot,
Now I mix the prepared cutlets in the egg mixture, and then I make a good layer of biscuit powder.
Again, I put the mixed cutlets in the hot oil, I fry it on medium heat, and when one side is fried, I turn it over.
Following the same method, I fry all the cutlets.
And arrange it on a plate.

Potatoes are a very popular item in our country. We have potatoes in our daily diet. Every vegetable shop around us has potatoes. So, there is no difficulty in arranging the main ingredient of making cutlets, potatoes.
Other ingredients for making potato cutlets are also common items. These are easily available in every shop. Due to this, I do not have any difficulty in getting any ingredients to make potato cutlets.
