What type of service location did you visit? Briefly describe it.
I visited a brickfield located in our local area. The place is known as Goaladaha Bazar, which is situated in Jessore district. This brickfield was established a few years ago and its name is Messrs. Super Bricks.
This type of business usually has multiple owners, because it is very difficult for one person to manage everything alone. The owners work together and make decisions collectively to run the brickfield smoothly.
Nowadays, the demand for bricks is increasing day by day in our country. People are building new houses, repairing old ones, and also working on roads and other construction projects. Because of this, many brickfields have been established in different districts. Bricks are sold in different grades depending on their quality. However, I could not collect the exact price details of the bricks.

Operational history & Location (Steem Atlas pin)
This brickfield has been operating for around 8 to 10 years. Setting up a brickfield is not easy, as it requires different types of licenses and permissions. The owners have managed these challenges and successfully continued their business over the years.
They produce bricks of different qualities and supply them to people for building houses, shops, and roads. The brickfield is located near the Jessore–Rajganj road in Goaladaha area.

Type of work & Workers’ lifestyle
The work here is mainly labor-intensive. Workers are involved in making bricks, carrying soil, shaping them, and preparing them for burning. There is a kind of competition among workers because they are usually paid based on how many bricks they produce. The more they make, the more they earn.
The lifestyle of these workers is quite difficult. Many of them come from distant areas and live here with their families.
Sadly, their children often grow up in this environment and sometimes start working at a young age instead of focusing on education. This makes their future more challenging.

Environmental impact & (With pictures + videos)
Brickfields can have a negative impact on the environment. The smoke produced during the brick burning process can pollute the air and affect human health.
That is why there are rules and regulations for setting up and operating a brickfield. Unfortunately, some businesses do not follow these rules properly, and authorities sometimes take action against them.
The black smoke released from the chimneys mixes with the air and can cause breathing problems and other health issues for nearby people. Therefore, it is very important to operate such facilities carefully and reduce environmental damage as much as possible.

YouTube Video Link:
Through this video, you can see the full activities of the brickfield in a simple way. It shows the process starting from collecting soil and making raw bricks. Then, you can see how the bricks are arranged in rows for drying under the open sky.
Some bricks were damaged by rainwater, and this is also visible in the video. After drying, the bricks are taken to the burning area, where they are fired properly. This step is very important to make the bricks strong and usable.
The video also shows the complete production process step by step, which makes it easy to understand how bricks are made. In the end, you can see the storage area where the dry and finished bricks are kept safely.
Overall, this video gives a clear idea about the entire brick-making process.
I am inviting these three friends of mine to participate in this contest.
