Hello Everyone!!

I hope you all are good and doing well. Today I'm here again to be a part of this amazing contest SLC30-W6 | “Potato Magic Challenge” : Potato Cutlet by @bdwomen. This week again very delicious recipe of potato Pakora is given for task.

Create top of the potato chop recipe and share the recipe details and pictures.(6 marks)

I'm following the same recipe that is given by teacher.

Ingredients:

Ingredients	Quantity
Potatoes	4 medium sized
eggs	Two
onions	One
green chilli	3-4
biscuit powder	One cup
chilli powder	One spoon
turmeric powder	One spoon
spices	Half spoon
salt	To taste
oil	As per measure

Making :

• First boil the potatoes and peel them. Mashed it with fork.

• Cut onion and green chillies, take oil in a pan and sotey it for few minutes then add spices in it and fry for a minute.

• Add mashed potato in pan and mixed it with spices and cook it for few minutes.

• Cool down the mixture then make cutlets of your desire shape and sizes.

• Take beaten egg in a bowl and dip the cutlets in it then coat it with bread crumbs nicely. Coat all cutlets in this manner.

• Fry these cutlets from both sides until golden brown.

• Delicious potato cutlets are ready to serve. It can be served with ketchup or garlic sauce.
