Honestly, I like participating in recipe competitions a lot. But I really liked this week's subject "Tomatoes Soup". Soup is already very beneficial for our body. And the benefits of tomato sauce are even more. That's why I also came to make tomato soup. Here I needed many ingredients. Although I had to struggle a little to find some of the ingredients. But even then I found all the ingredients. And here I have made a very beautiful soup using all the ingredients. I liked it a lot. Especially it was very fun to eat. I hope you will like it too.

Details :

First I cut the tomatoes into small pieces. Then I put the tomatoes in a pan. Then I added a little water to it. I put them on the stove.

Then I let them cool for a while. Once they cooled, I used a blender to blend them. It turned out to be much smoother.

Then I put another pan on the stove. I added olive oil to it. Then I added scallion leaves and minced garlic. I stirred them a little and fried them.

Although I had a little trouble finding all the ingredients. But I found all the ingredients and made the recipe very nicely. I like it a lot. Moreover, it is much healthier.
