Honestly, I like participating in recipe competitions a lot. But I really liked this week's subject "Lentils Soup". Soup is a very healthy food for our body. Especially lentil soup is a very healthy food for our body. It has many nutrients. And through this, our body benefits a lot. Moreover, we like to eat hot soup a lot during winter. Especially this lentil recipe is very fun to eat. It gives a different feeling to the body. I like it a lot myself. I am very happy to be able to make this recipe. Details :
First, I cut the vegetables into small pieces. I cleaned them thoroughly.
Then I put a pan on the stove. I put three types of pulses in it. Then I put all the vegetables in it.
Then I added some water. Then I added all the spices. I mixed them well and then covered it with a lid and cooked it for a while.
Then I put them in the oven for a while and cooked them well. Once cooked, I took them off the oven. Then I let them cool for a while.
Once it cooled down, I put it in a blender. Then I blended it well. Once it was blended, I put it in a bowl.
Then I put another pan on the stove. I added olive oil to it. Then I added ginger garlic paste. I added durian leaves along with it. I will fry them well.
Then I added the blended dal and vegetable mixture. Then I stirred them and cooked them for a while. After cooking for a while, when it becomes a soup-like texture, I removed it from the stove.

I didn't have to face much of a challenge in making the soup. However, I couldn't find the dal you gave me here. So I made the recipe with a total of three dals using another dal. And I tried to make it with the vegetables I had at hand. However, I really enjoyed making the soup. It was also quite fun to eat with it. It is a very healthy dish for us. I enjoyed eating it a lot more.

Sitting with lentil soup in your hand in winter creates a different and beautiful feeling. Especially in winter, the air outside and the aroma of the steamy soup bring a lot of comfort to the body.
