How are you all, I hope you are well. By the grace of God, I am also well. Today I came here to make a new post. But today I am going to participate in a competition. Honestly, I like participating in recipe competitions a lot. But I really liked this week's subject Potato Snack / Potato chop. First of all, I would like to thank @bdwomen for bringing us such a beautiful recipe challenge. Potato chop is one of my favorite recipes. Usually, we like to eat this recipe for afternoon snack or iftar. I have made this recipe many times. Today, I feel very happy to make it again. Everyone had a lot of fun after making the recipe. I hope you like my recipe today.

| Gram flour | 1 cup |
| Dried chillies | 2 tsp |

| Turmeric powder | 1.5 tsp |
| Chilli powder | 1.5 tsp |
| Spices | 1.5 tsp |
| Rice powder | Half cup |
| Baking soda | 1 tsp |
| Mustard oil | 3 tsp |
| Soybean oil | As measured |
| Water | As measured |
Details :
First I cut the potatoes into pieces. Then I washed and cleaned them. Then I put the potatoes in a pot. Then I put them on the stove with water and boiled them.
Then I mashed the boiled potatoes well. I mashed them well with my hands.
Then I mixed the potatoes with chopped onion, dried chilies, coriander leaves, salt, and mustard oil and mixed everything well. I mixed it and made a nice dough.
Then I took a little bit and shaped it into a round shape with my hands. I made many of them this way.
Then I took gram flour in a bowl. In it, I mixed some rice powder. Then I added turmeric powder, garlic paste, salt. Then I mixed all these together well.
Then I added water little by little and kept mixing it slowly. In this way, I mixed it and made a batter.
Then I took a potato chop and dipped it in the batter, then turned it over.
Then I put a pan on the stove. I added some oil to it. When the oil got hot, I put the chopped besan mix into the oil. I did this and fried it well by turning it upside down. Once it was fried, I took it off the stove.

I have made potato chops many times before. Actually, we usually eat these potato chops as an afternoon snack sometimes. And those of us who are Muslims also eat potato chops regularly during Iftar in the month of Ramadan. This is fasting now. And we have to eat this recipe almost every day. And I like to make it with my own hands and eat it. Moreover, I have a lot of good experience making this recipe. Actually, I like making and eating such recipes. Now when I was able to make this recipe again, I liked it a lot more. And it is a lot of fun to make the recipe and eat it together. Since I have made it many times before, it was not a problem for me. I hope you will like my recipe.
