The White House and Facebook running coordinated censorship campaign

This Thursday Jen Psaki, the White House press secretary openly admitted to the Biden administration coordinating censorship of Fecebook activities of those viewed as promoting disinformation regarding COVID-19 vaccines. Apparently, administration agents flag suspect posts for Facebook with the view of the latter subsequently taking some sort of a censorship action.

Hence the question: wouldn't this be a violation of the people's First Amendment rights? Wouldn't this be tantamount to acknowledging that no clear line can be drawn between the Facebook and the Biden administration? And wouldn't this fascistic power arrangement be about as antithetical to the spirit of the US Constitution as one can get?
