That' s how my next digital illustration is going [ New Sketch! ]

Hello friends of the OCD community! I'm stopping by this time to share with you how my next digital illustration, which is just in the sketching stage, is going. Check it out below:

I like the look of this sketch. I'm starting to imagine the colors and light effects I'll put on it and I confess I'm excited.

This new character is very important because it marks the beginning of a project I'd like to start working on. I would like to start writing a fictional fantasy story in which to add to my already designed characters, as I think this way my drawings would have more meaning and purpose. But, well, I'm still working on the idea of what this story would be like.

About this girl's design, I wanted to make a character with short hair and I based on the look of this girl I found on Instagram, named Alice:

I haven't named this character yet, but Alice doesn't sound so bad. However, I'm more struck by the name "Victoria" for this girl. Although I wouldn't call her Victoria, but a variation of that name that sounds more fictional, fantasy and alien so that it combines better with what I plan to be the atmosphere of the story.

Oh! And I decided to add a tail to the design! When I start making the digital lineart I'll change the design of that tail a little bit because I'm not really convinced about how it looks, but the idea is that it looks like the tail of Mewtwo, the pokemon, since this girl is supposed to be an alien, and I've always loved Mewtwo's design and her alien look.

And well, folks, there's nothing more to say about the character design and this sketch. I put the horns in because I love horned figures, and the details on the body are luminous adornments that I'll decorate when I start painting the illustration. Soon I will give a meaning and purpose to these horns and body lines, but for now they are just decorative.
