I must say, it didn't feel like a long read and was enjoyable spending a day out through someone else's eyes.
I'm a little further east and keep hearing of people moving to West Virginia. Looks like if everything goes according to plan, your State may get a little bigger.

I don’t often hear of people moving to my state, but they are welcome to come. Plenty of room, may even have more soon like you mentioned.
