Now THAT is a veggie burger! From the patty to all the fixings, and especially that magical mayo. Oh, did I mention the bun looks to die for, too? Yum! Sign me up for a plate for dinner!
You're welcome any time! Definitely to be repeated - the biggest surprise for me was that mayo, first time I've used aquafaba - guess I'll be making meringues next;)
