Failure is said to be a bad result of an outcome maybe an exam or situation. It could be said to have happened based on two reasons

Fail to plan
Plan to fail

They look similar but have different meaning
Fail to plan: as the name implies the bad result of the outcome is said to have happened due to the reason of not making enough planning or not planning at all
Plan to fail : straight firward says that there was no plan at all the only motive was to fail not caring the circumstances that might occur

Failure is major cause of depression, and not all fail because they fail to plan but unforeseen circumstances may make it seem so for no one knows what lies ahead and it doesn’t mean if it happened once it will keep on happeneing

Ways of overcoming failure

Not to be threatened by regression or failure:- we r mostly threatened by failure because me mostly believe that if we can’t do it once, how sure r we that when we try again we will overcome it, but the state of mind has to over throne itself from thinking in a negative way about things that could be done

There is nothing wrong with failing badly :- the way we see failure matters, some see it as a way to transfer aggression and sadness to other things they might be going through while others see it as a leverage in attaining heights by correcting their steps.

Developing habits to draw mind from thinking :- after the did has been done it would be productive to start doing hobbies and things that can clear the mind towards thinking of what occurred

Avoiding bad habits :- in trying to reduce the level of thinking some would go to the extent of trying drugs or alcohol to her create a blank mind or happy drugs like molly to take control of the brain and keep it happy which makes them later become addicted it is best advisable to avoid such thoughts by going into trade or trying to learn a skill

Taking responsibility for failure :- in a situation like this it is best advisable to be truthful to yourself and try find the reason for the failure and also try not to pressure himself for failing cause it might lead to sickness and restlessness but better still find the problems and create solutions for them

Accepting that you have failed:- running from the rejection that you have failed would only create more scenes to feel depressed and this might make the individual feel he is being rejected by everyone but accepting the fact and seeing it as a way to solve problems by making the reasons for failure a corrective measure would help in getting to greater height in life

Getting professional help:- in helping to create solutions to failure problem advises may be needed from professionals or people who had gone through the same process and succeeded they will give cheering talks and motivate the individual and giving key information on how to go on in succeeding the situation next time

to success :- the website is full of motivational quotes and stories on how different people who failed didn’t relent and they achieved their goals without thinking back or downgrading themselves to what they can become. Checking on them would help improve the mind on creating self motivating options to boost their immunity

Keep moving forward:- no matter how many situations may fall through its is constant that not all decisions can be achieved but thinking ahead and trying to be productive in others without looking back at things that couldn’t be achieved
