Building Self-Confidence: How to Overcome Self-Doubt
If there is something we must always pay attention and must not joke with, I will say it should be our mental health. There are lots of things we must avoid and guide so that it should not affect our mental health.
Why do I say so, you will agree with me that if your mental health is affected, it has a way of affecting our actions and productivity. One of the things we must properly guide is what I will call self confidence.
A lot of people are suffering from low self esteem and it has actually affected them the way they see themselves. Some can not even stand in the midst of people any longer and that is why they are actually suffering from it massively.
We need to come to a point whereby we understand the self esteem and know how to actually handle them effectively, if we can't handle them, it will affect us. One of the things I have come to discover is the fact that nothing should affect my self esteem and self confidence.
There are some relationships I need to cut off away because it was actually affecting my self confidence and which is very dangerous. There are also some places I will not go because it will affect my self esteem. I need to be cautious of what I do and how I actually do them.
The earlier we understand this, the better it will definitely be. I have actually come to discover that as far as my self confidence is in full check, I will be able to achieve a whole lot of things beyond what I can ever imagine of. If I joke with anything, I will not joke with my self confidence at all.
