in Project HOPE6 years ago (edited)

Dear Steemit Community

Customer relations, established with close ties, are a key for doing business and career. In an interview with one of the most read authors in our country a few years ago, we remember that the author underlines that the foundation of strong and close relationships can be laid with mutual sincerity and devotion in the long run.

In this article you can find tips on how to build strong and close relationships with your customers over the years, and thus increase your sales and increase.

1. Give more value to establish close relationships rather than selling

This means, Thinking about the interests of your customers before your own interests means that you care about human relationships rather than making money.

2. Do Not Try To Be Very Intimate Quickly

Your customers may be interested in their speeches, friendships, sincerity.Should not strive for your relations with your customers to move forward as soon as possible; in a natural process, you should allow it to progress gradually.

3. Find Out What Your Customers Love.

What They Want and What They Need By contacting your customer in any way, trying to sell immediately, regardless of what he wants and which will be a good choice for him; it will make him think he is ignored.

4. Help When Your Customers Want to Buy Something

This step is the basic rule of selling. Remember, selling is not what you like or need, but to offer your customers what they want or meet their needs.

5. Don't Try to be a Hero

The customers do not like the fact that they suddenly appear before them, like a hero, jump on them and correct their wrong decisions. So be careful not to disturb your customers unless you think they need help.

6. Do Not Turn to Compelling Attitudes with Sense of Urgency

When you have a good sales opportunity, do not approach your customer with a compelling attitude to evaluate this. Instead of thinking about your high-profit end-of-month chart, imagine the close relationships you can establish with your customers and the continuity of sales that will occur.

7. You need to be the Best and Sell the Best product.

If you are not successful in your job, you should try to do better. If you are not confident that the company you work for is not good, you should find a better company and work there.

8. Always Stand Behind Your Promises and Make Your Promises

When your sales are down to a minimum, still strive to provide flawless service. To get rid of this bottleneck and improve your relationships with your customers, you need to do more. Remember that the most important thing that will benefit you is to keep your promises.

By applying these eight suggestions when necessary, you can establish close relationships with your customers for years to come.

Providing the help customers need whenever they come to us will make them stick close to the door step of our business.

They are all very important and the best of those 8 tips is that we can bring those tips to our lives without having to be sellers. I do not know if I explain.

Do you also believe that customer are always right?

I really do not think so, some customers are usually rudely wrong but in handling vases like that, we have to be diplomatic.

The basis of every business is the customers, although many do not like the idea, there are many types of customers, as well as the nice ones are those who are not so nice, but you have to arm yourself with patience and continue selling which is what really matters, I work with public and I must say that it is not easy, there are good days but there are others where patience is exhausted. But in the end you have to be as nice as possible.

Good tips, The first point holds a strong sense is what I believe, once you build up a relation with your customer, half the battle is won.

@nainaztengra Thanks for stopping by and reading my article.

These are indeed great points that can really increase one's relationship with his or her customers most especially your point number 3 ( finding out what your customers love).
