GOOD LISTENERS ARE BETTER ACHIEVERS AND THEY ARE MORE UNDERSTANDING.
To succeed in business and other walks of life we have to be able to be good at listening to people, it is often and easy to see people who love to talk than people who love to listen, almost everyone wants to be heard and have others listen to what they have to say so in business as a business owner who will need to speak to different varieties of customers then we must be able to pay attention to them when they speak.

It feels great to be around a listener because then you know that you are loved and cherished rather than someone who wants to jump into the middle of every conversation that you are having. God listeners are good encouragers, they listen to various feedback from different people, paying attention to everything that everyone has to say and then and they come up with a statement that will calm the situation, if you have noticed very well, great listener are not known to speak too much but when they finally do, everyone in the room goes quiet.
Great listeners know more, it is as a result of the knowledge that they have that they are able to give sound advice to the people who need them, they pay more attention and they are able to offer more when they speak. Great listeners do not also brag, they have gotten enough value to know that bragging is not for the knowledgeable so they keep their mouth sealed about the things that they have acquired instead of showing off what they do not have

Great listener are curious and sympathetic, because of their great talent in listening to people they are often able to relate with the conditions that other people find themselves, this makes their affection and feeling for others genuine indeed.
Good listeners know better than judging people, they know better than demoralizing people so even when a morally bankrupt person tries to take advice from a good listener, the listener has gotten the knowledge to advise him or her accordingly instead of making the person feel terrible.
Good listeners are better with planning their lives and running things as they should go, they are careful with living everyday just the way it comes and this is because their listening habit has helped them derive knowledge from different types of people and they are now able to tell what difference it makes to plan and to be scattered.
It is a good gift to be able to listen to people, those of us who are introverts are often good listeners and trust me when I say we know more than a talkative does.
