The problem I have with bank investment is that, there is usually no increase in the value of cash, take this situation for example:
You save 1,000 in bank this year and by the time you saved it it was able to buy a lamp and a torch light, but after a year when you go back to pick up your 1,000 it has become 1,100 but at the time you picked it up the money is not able to a lamp anymore it can only buy a torch light.
The price of the money is still the same but the value of the money has greatly reduced.
I clearly understand your point friend, the entire system appears really scary but we must keep something for our future.
