I think it is a good initiative the one of the labor incentives, since it helps to alleviate a little the problem of the economic crisis and can place the workers in a better economic situation.

The economic factor in the organizations is always a point of criticism or stimulation, these incentives make workers more efficient, more committed to production, generating more profitability.
