Greetings @ebingo regarding costs, many times we face that sad reality when it comes to health, many want to take advantage of the circumstances that a person is going through, and charge an exorbitant amount of money, such as the $4800 that you reflect in your writing, although that is not the real value of such operations, as for the cost in Nigeria, it is possible that it is due to the lack of medical equipment to be used, which carry a cost, which they do not take into consideration for not having them.
