Because it's clear that this pandemic is man made. Did you notice that many restrictions arn't related with the virus at all ? Do you know what's happening in Russia. They don't allow anything to go to metro without masks and golves, but when they have big parties, they celebrate them without masks and they are planing to do the world cup euro in soccer in Russia. Or something like that. When they celebrate some big events in the country, they gather thousands of people without masks, when we see those authorities in tv, they are all without masks even if they are a lot. Those restrictions are made for rigular citizens to have a better control on them. That's it. All the show that's happenig now is just to make people afraid. It's easier to control someone with fear ! It's the strongest emotion ever !
