We as contenct creators join often new platforms to create on. Usually each platform has its own rules. I centralized social media the rules are usually created by the company, but we may find special rules in groups and pages. But, in the decentralized world the rules are set by developers and big investors. There are of course some ethics from the community that should be respected by the majority, but still some are allowed to break them. That's what I noticed at least, maybe you can give me an example of a very strict decentralized space where noone is able to break the rules.

So, we join a platform and start to learn about it. We respect the rules. Get to know the community. Then we start to notice details. We see how others act. We understand how everything is working. Then we decide to close our eyes on things we don't like. In the end we are not the creators of the platform and the team behind it are responsable of what's happening. We just keep creating, watching the change and just adapt on a new way of doing things. We may understand that we don't have the choice anyway. So, we have to deal with that something will be decided without us.

My opinion is that the platform should hold on to the creator. People who are creating content are the blood that feeds the space. If they are respecting most rules they are golden. They should be treated well and supported. Some people are hard to replace. We shouldn't lose the better and leave the worse. Especially we should give the hand to those who are bringing value. The value can be in form of actions or even in form of content itself. Because each piece of content can bring good traffic to the platform. Especially if it's so various. So, anyone looking for a topic on the web may find the platform exactly because someone wrote about that topic.

You may say that anyone is replaceable and it's always possible to find more people who like like him/her. But, I would say that everyone is unique, exceptional and it's impossible to find the exact copy !

So, let's value each individual and try to find the good in him/her because looking only at bad qualities will not create the harmony in this world !

It is rather unfortunate that platforms do not hold their content creators in high regard and it shouldn't be so, these set of unconsidered as important content creators are the ones who actually do most of the job to hold the platform together.
