You Can't Escape Hard Work

People may say all they want, but when you do the analysis, you'll always see that there's no alternative for hard work. Some people make attempts to reduce the importance of working hard, by telling you things like - you must work smarter not harder. It's very important also to work smart, but it takes a lot of working hard to become smart.
Nobody just wakes up one morning, and the birds sing and you suddenly become smart. Smart people are those people who go for extra classes and seminars, learning new things that put them far ahead of everyone else. Honestly speaking - it takes a whole lot of hard work to work smart.
But when the statement is made to you, it seems like all you need is to work smart, and that working hard is not for you. I must say that just working harder and harder and not increasing your smart wouldn't get you far. But when you merge working hard and learning to increase your level of smartness, then you can standout.

All these take a lot of effort. More than it seems when you take a look at it from afar. You know - it's easy to scream at the players in a field when they make a mistake. The question now is - if you were substituted into that field, as a player, will you play better? What I'm driving at is, in reality, you need to give more time to improving yourself and working harder and smarter than you do.
And you're not alone. Most of us are in fault of this. There are clear things that we can start to do today that will ensure that we have a better future tomorrow, but we shy away from doing them, simply because they are hard. We can't escape the truth for so long - nothing will ever replace hard work. And we should stop running away from working hard, rather we should make working hard part of our lives.

I consider that if we want to improve, further develop our skills and increase the level of intelligence we must put everything on our part, increase efforts, dedication, however, I would not consider it hard work because we do something we like and it will help us to grow for what is worked with passion. Working harder and harder and not increasing your intelligence will not take you very far, I am convinced of this and I attest to it, in my environment those people who decided not to increase their intelligence, have ended up in delicate economic conditions.

Hard work is very important in life if you don't do hard work you cannot successful in life and all your work will be pending. If you do hard work you can improve your skills and knowledge a working person will never get sad in life as he know how to over come his fear and work.
