What I realized is that many posts on Steem don't interest me because they lack the personal touch.
I like to read about what people feel, how they go through their life, what experiences they have made. Instead there are tons of posts about how things work.

You've nailed it! Unfortunatelly even within PH, many publications are "dry" and it's like reading science magazine.

I think it would look very different if those authors would try to encourage to discussion about some topic, instead of simply 'giving a lecture/lesson'.
