RE: Exercises to Help Improve the Capacity of the Brain.

in Project HOPE4 years ago

Hi @gbenga

Interesting choice of topic buddy. One that attracted my attention right away :)

It has also been discovered that switching things up a little bit by making use of the other (dormant) hand could make a good exercise to the brain.

How? I've never heard about it. It does sound little bit like sci-fi. So if we would start playing soccer with left leg (more than our leading right one) then our brain would also be stimulated in a way that can help us? How?

Have a great mHi @gbenga

Hello @crypto.piotr, it's so good to have you here.

I am not referring to difficult task here but simple ones like lifting up a light item or knocking on the door just something simple to prevent the other hand from being completely dormant.

Even more advanced stuffs, like writing, eating and wiping our butts after toilet (hahahahaha). Alternating once hand or leg, really improves the brain

I have heard that before, it is not sci-fi, I really don't know why it works best for the brain. If you are right handed, try using your left hand to eat from time to time, it helps the brain a lot. It like learning a new language, because you are learning how to use a dormant hand or leg @crypto.piotr
