The important and largest cryptocurrency exchange house as it is Binance is again subject to a judicial problem, that is again some countries and specifically Nigeria is blaming this important Exchange for performing illegal actions such as money laundering in their country.
This nation has lost approximately 95% of the value of its currency such as the naira, curiously the government has set its sights on this important Exchange to investigate it not only for money laundering but also for financing terrorism and doing illegal things..
However, it is important to highlight that this country is looking towards the cryptocurrency industry in the search for those responsible, since it drastically falls on its rulers the devaluation of its currency, causing much criticism and without recognizing the mismanagement of its own monetary policy for the recovery of the official currency.
Consequently, the commission that directs the policies of the stock exchange of the African country, accused the Exchange of carrying out operations that so far are not registered or authorized to do so in that country, qualifying these digital financial activities as illegal, and also immediately ordered the Nigerian people to use the platform, as well as Binance to incite its use.
Despite this, the world's largest exchange is currently seeking permissions and authorizations to continue its expansion around the world by increasing its services to generate more satisfaction to the crypto market by complying with global regulations.
