The importance for the organizations of their leadership.

In many companies when the functions of each department are not well structured, it is destined to failure because their workers are not governed by a procedure or have a guide through which they can make a better work plan, therefore as most of the workers who are part of the team work in a reactive manner, and their actions are predetermined to meet goals and objectives empirically and not those raised by the management.

All this could be presumed to be caused by the duplication of functions and delimitation in the assignments, the non-compliance with the orders given by the main leader, to all this is added the delay in the execution and fulfillment of their activities that seems to be caused by the little use of new trends in the use of tools and updates in the administrative management.

Now, all this can be inferred that it is being caused by failures in terms of the characteristics and qualities of a true and necessary leadership or authority figure for the proper management of their work team, possibly, so that the work teams are negatively influencing it.

It should also be noted that this has a negative impact on the work environment and makes it very tense, unmotivated, creating at the same time deficiencies in the development of administrative processes, the failure to meet goals and objectives and difficulties in the assignment of tasks, in addition to the disintegration of the work group, all of which translates and affects the low efficiency and quality of managemen.
