This is why new trends point to leadership as an influential factor in the achievement of the objectives and goals set by organizations, since it is leadership who, through its influence, provides added value in strengthening and adapting administrative and managerial processes for the achievement of effective and efficient management.

For this reason, organizations regardless of their activity worldwide, have been given the task and search for people with the ability to lead, transform thoughts, emotions and take on new challenges that help them to promote change in people who are in their work environment, in addition to helping them to consolidate the operation, growth and productivity of their companies.

Therefore, leadership and management can also be defined as the system that articulates a set of administrative processes that in turn are reflected in decision making with the purpose of achieving goals and objectives by combining the necessary resources and materials.
