Undoubtedly, it is very appropriate to the current reality to include the digital variable in the definition of poverty; it is really something that currently restricts not only access to a source of income, but also limits access to quality education and timely information.

From any perspective, we will find that the unavailability of internet connectivity, in the current context should be considered as a parameter of poverty, and more so in the segment you mention such as education. Best regards, thanks for the blog view.
