"OUR SECURITY AT METAMASK"
Hello dear friends, a big greeting to all of you, I hope you have a great weekend. Today I want to talk to you about one of the most used wallets by all of us, especially for those of us who are investing in NFT games. We know that nowadays that is what is generating good capital.
I have heard and known of several people who have lost their cryptocurrencies because of poor security in this wallet, fortunately I have always taken care to have the best possible security to keep my income safe.
I can name a few tips that we can all put into practice to improve our wallet security. First of all I can name:
THE SEED PHRASE, some words that the system gives us when we are creating our account in metamask, are a series of words that for nothing in the world we should give to another person. Whoever has these phrases can easily steal our income.
ALWAYS USE YOUR OWN WIFI, it is very important, because sometimes we log into other places and we can inadvertently leave our passwords saved, so we must be very aware of where we keep our passwords.
I believe that HAVING AS OF A BILLETBOX can be a great option, because as they say, we should not have all our eggs in one basket. We must learn to diversify our income and also to keep it in different places, so we do not put all our capital at risk.
CLOSE OUR WALLET BOX ONCE WE USE IT, something very necessary because we do not know who can enter with bad intentions and steal our cryptocurrencies and misuse them.
On the other hand, KEEP OUR PASSWORD IN A SAFE PLACE, I particularly have a good memory and remember many of my passwords, but it is necessary to write down preferably in handwriting all that is important for our investments. I do not recommend to leave them in an email or save them in your computer, there are people who can steal them.
WE MUST BE ATTENTIVE OF FAKE WEBSITES, there are many places with similar names, so we must be focused when making any transaction or anything that has to do with our investments. Once I came across a page similar to metamask and I almost fell into that fake network.
In conclusion, we should educate ourselves a little more regarding our wallets and everything that has to do with the world of cryptocurrencies, nowadays that moves everything and each one of us is included in all of it. So, make sure you have all your capital safeguarded. Take care of your investments because there are people out there who want to go after them.

No doubt the security of our funds depends almost exclusively on us, something we must be clear is that our seed phrase should never be shared, and yet we have read about many fake sites that request it with one excuse or another, also be careful to use a public wifi, hackers can more easily enter our browser than we think, and get sensitive information about our funds and activity on the blockchain.
All the tips you explain to us are very good, since most of the people I know who have fallen into some scam is because they have broken some of the rules you explained that we must keep.

Hello @franyeligonzalez, Of all the different security measures that I have read in PH regarding the Metamask wallet, one that I had never given importance to is that of its own WiFi, external connections can bring any number of traps that we do not know and our data they can be easily stolen.
