This type of company knows how to do things, here in Colombia for example, there is a company called JUSTO Y BUENO, it is very similar to that system, you get very cheap products, for that reason it is always very crowded in Quicena. Besides, the products are of good quality, with the 3 B's, GOOD, NICE AND CHEAP!
I really think the idea of selling cheap is one way to keep customers coming back.
