Giving has been one topic i have seen a lot of believes on. On like business, people do it to make profit but for giving, there are so many motives behind it and that could be a motivation as well.

A lot of people give just to increase their popularity, so give because they want to be praised, i have a friend who give because it makes him feel on top of the world, others give to receive from a larger bag maybe political good will.

Actually, the value of quantity do not freak me when giving is concerned but the reason and the motivation behind the act.

Taking a picture of yourself giving alms to a person just to publish on Social media to get appraisal can also be regarded as giving which is what most people do (some people say they do it to give people a proof that they actually did what they say) well why say what you give? Because you want to satisfy a feeling that prompted the giving.
