We all know the whole world is dealing with the covid-19 some countries have open the tourist attractions and people have started the new normal and start going for holiday.
Trekking and mountain climbing is the best action activity you can perform in your summer vacation. Often, however, people do not know how to prepare for this type of experience. To keep it simple we have arrange a list of things that is very important for your backpack , which you required in every adventure trip.
We all have been but up in the mouse for a long time which affect our body so let's try something new and go for trekking which will not only open your body muscles buy gives you immunity also to fight against covid-19.
Here is the Sample list for a summer hike in the mountains.
T-shirt
Flannel
Polar or sweater
Spare pants
Sunscreen
Hat
Sunglasses
Raincoat
Mountain shoes
Socks
Underwear
Adhesive plaster
Elastic bandage
Lighter and matches
Knife small and / or large
Enough water
Dry food
Newspaper for lighters and drying shoes
Read these few additional tips that will help you when visiting the mountains. Always wear tried and tested shoes, never wear ones that you will be wearing for the first time. Dress in layers so you can more easily control your body temperature. Never walk naked in the mountains and be sure to use sunscreen, where the sun is much stronger.
Mountain trekking is very different always inform the authority and take relative permission before planing to go. So that if you get trapped in emergency they can search for your rescue.
Take all in the information about the mountain whether it is good to trekking , it has some wild animals etc. And prepare accordingly. A good mountaineer is that person who is well prepared with all the situation and can face it very easily.

This really applies to every where we go not necessarily going on vacation to a mountain. I will always tell my people or relatives closer to me whenever I intend on going out just in case anything happens.

Hi @genx-miner, lol this expression really got me out of the mouse to read in detail "we have all been in the mouse for a long time". For the moment I will not pack my bags, I will dedicate a few more months to the mouse before taking a few days of complete disconnection, maybe that time will coincide with the restart of our post pandemic activities.

Hi @genx-miner As I love hiking, I was a scout for many years, I love those walks observing everything that nature offers, to be surprised with every flower on the road and the aroma of freedom that is breathed, I loved your publication brought me some nostalgia, thanks for the publication.
I really don't think I have the nerves to go for mountain trekking alone I will definitely go with someone brave or groups of people and I also think I am too scared to leave their presence for even the shortest moment.

I loved your post and it really is sometimes necessary to escape from technology and confinement. Sport, nature and desire are always good company.
Your post made me think again about going to another country because that's one more thing I want to try. Living in a country that's mostly desert makes you only think about camping and that's what you can do... Hopefully one day I can go to the mountains and I will make sure to take with your tips, thanks for sharing!
Trekking is really a fun activity. It helps strengthen our body as well. The mountains are a peaceful place. Trekking there helps us relieve ourselves of all the stress and anxiety that we have accumulated. Being close to nature is truly one of the best remedies.
