1. Have your employees in heart: let the growth and development of your employees be in heart of the management, do not just be interested in using them to achieve your organisation growth but create a good system for their growth that will not affect the company too. With this it will help your employees to perform better and be more commited to the growth of the organisation in return.

2. Carefully make good decisions: you see one of the main reasons for forming this organisation management is to make good decisions that will help the organisation, so when it come to decision making, then the management must be ready to bear in mind all the department of the organisation in their heart when making decisions not only that, the future effect of their decisions on the organisation. Having this kind of mindset will help to make good decisions.

3. Go for knowledge: let the management always go for adequate knowledge of the organisation, society, products and other people that do what they do. The management team should always go for knowledge by organising seminar, training to develop themselves and the staff; learning new things and ways of leading and also producing and doing well in what they do.
