Words are quite different from language. Language, in its remotest sense, is a complete set of words which can be used as a form of communication and understood by people of related community.

I've always thought words and languages are quite the same but I now understand the clear difference between both of them.

But what can you say about the deaf and dump who can't hear nor talk but they also communicate with body expressions. Which can we call the word or language in this case?
