I come across this regularly, to an extent it's a trend currently even though it has been there for a long while ago, fact is, we can't be free from 'internet bullies'. But thats cool for me though.
Those who surf a lot are most likely used to it or have faced it, but it is better to be warned once too much, than to learn about it when the harm has already happened.
