It is sad and painful what you went through, but I consider that it has nothing to do with leadership, but more a lack of ethics, principles and values of that person who at some point dared to harm you.
But it is a stage and a lesson that at some point we all go through.

    Hello @joseph1956.

    I refer to leadership since the one who pointed me out at that time was my own Boss. He was supposedly a leader whom everyone looked up to.
