Communication we could say that it is a kind of art, because it is based on codes, it has many implicit rules that some we don't know, assertiveness is just one of those things, very important of course that we need to keep present for a good and proper communication.
Greetings friend @josevas217. If I agree with you we could say that this type of communication is like a kind of art, you handle rules, values and above all respect, assertiveness has a lot of empathy, so communicating assertively means that we are respecting ourselves.
