There is a lot of logic in what you say, but I think this market is full of ignorance about the usefulness of some things, that's why such situations occur.
I have known of digital lands that sell up to hundreds or thousands of dollars, that is something that I find it hard to understand a little, but that's how it is, the world is like that, you just have to try to adapt and have some profit from it.
