I think what you comment happens now in many places, it is a sad reality, the.life is more expensive and salaries do not reach. But I also see a lot of comfort in people, little willingness to look for more options. They just want a job with a salary and that's it, there is not enough strength to dedicate themselves to prosper and invest time and effort to achieve great things, that's why I say that there is too much comfort in that aspect. And unfortunately, I do not think that the mentality of just waiting for things to improve, instead of making things improve, will change in the short or medium term.
