Excellent tips to lead a calmer life and achieve a better mental and physical state.

These techniques don't just apply in case of crisis. I think we should implement them in each day of our lives.

Indeed, we have to use it every day to feel better, but the reality is that these help us to focus, specially on this days of crisis. What do you think?.
