so it is not a luxury, it is a real necessity for any country that wants to progress.

It is a luxury, here in Nigeria. Sometimes, we go 2 weeks without light, so it is a luxury, sometimes, I won't be active, that's because we don't have light. Very true, I doubt if my country Nigeria want to progress at all.
