Electricity is important like food

I like that phrase, and it is absolutely correct.

old time then that time people can stay without electricity but now it is not possible

It is still possible. I know a community that stayed without electricity for more than 6 months, because their transformer was faulty. Developing countries are really suffering constant electricity.
