Forced learning is dangerous for the kids!
You must have observed many times that parents are very bothered about the complaints about their kids from the school end regarding the study, extracurricular activities and others.
Mostly parents should / scold / blame their kids on those complaints.
We are sure there may be many of you also are suffering from this forced learning distribution method.
Yes, we must say FORCED LEARNING DISTRIBUTION because if we look deeper into those complaints/demerits which the faculty members share and compare with the current learning system in schools then it is not a big deal.
It is bound to happen with our kids because of the following three major reasons:
-Since the beginning, it is the central body that decides what to study and whatnot.
*What about kid’s freedom to choose *
Now you must say that freedom is there to choose that what to study and what not to study but don't you think so that the available options are created by those central authorities only, irony but truth.
- Freedom to learn from whom kids want to learn is also missing and due to this learning style/ pattern doesn't match between kids and resource person.
- Even then parents are fascinated to send their kids to school for their status symbol but there in the schools did you observe the ratio of the resource person and kids?
Trust us it is not digestible...this point is enough to make you understand that why there are so many demerits that were shared?
Actually, in this era, we need a 1:1 ratio between kids and resource persons.
These reasons are sufficient to make us realize that our kids are not completely responsible for these situations, due to only this forced learning distribution is the root cause which needs to be solved.
_Things are moving forward from centralised to decentralised then why not our learning system? _

Forced learning shouldn't be used to educate kids and this is why I try as much as possible to tell most parents who are very close to me to do away with such method of learning.
I strongly agree with your point here! The fact is that if the kids dislike the tutor/teacher taking the subject, the kids find it more difficult to understand what is being taught by such tutor.

Learning in children should not be forced as we are limiting them they will feel cornered by us or by teachers to the point that they get angry to study, we have to learn to stimulate children passively and we achieve our goals.

Freedom to choose is very important. In my country it is what your parent loves that they will want to impose on you which is very bad. Children should be left to choose what they love and parent should understand and support.
Parents must understand that ...they don't have to repeat what they have been told during their childhood days.
Today, world has grown many folds and so does the next generation.
Flexibility must be given to children.

for most children the change was very difficult because now they have to learn from home, many parents who do not have the ability to teach end up forcing learning, this is not the best for the child who does not understand and ends up developing hatred for the study instead of learning more, as a parent I believe that we must first learn to teach and then try to transmit the knowledge that the child requires.

Learning from home and not going to school has been a new phenomenon and parents must have to learn a few new things to tackle this scenario.
Each person is unique and unrepeatable, mistakes as parents we always make but it is important to read, prepare ourselves and make our children more independent every day and learn to choose according to their tastes and needs.

Parents must act as 'guide' and got 'guard'.
In my opinion, instead of forcing them to learn, you can motivate them. The motivation can come in various ways and will make the kid to gladly choose to learn without having to force them.

This is very important , we cannot just put anything in our kids mind. This will shape our future and our kids future.
If we put good thing and learning they will always help others and the society will grow.
Otherwise if we put bad things like fighting etc they will destroy the society.

@knowledgefruit , this is really nice because i have seen people who are doing what their parents have chosen for them and not what they want. But this is very dangerous as you have also started as many of these people are unhappy because they have not been given the freedom to choose.

In the long-run... living with someone we don't love is difficult.
Nothing forced is good, everything must happen when you feel like it and if it does not exist, the mechanisms must be applied to make this happen.
In the case of children even more, learning must occur without them realizing that they are having it, that if it would be a total success.
