For more than 20,000 years, to communicate in the distance, the indigenous Amazon people have used acoustic signals produced by the tapping of hollowed-out logs, placed in parallel and held in the air by a rope. This instrument of communication, still in use, is called MANGUARÉ
Somehow man always looks for the best way to communicate, for me that is a primitive form that at the time fulfilled and is still used but as a musical instrument.
Greetings from Venezuela, I saw that instrument in a musical with many other indigenous instruments native to Venezuela.
