Social distancing, hours dedicated to studying online.

Investigation.
Remember that I did an investigation that was titled like this: How many hours does your child play online? I did some research on it, asked a lot of neighbors That investigation generated other questions that in turn were exposed in this publication, Which company they use to establish an Internet connection.
However, that was not all, from the first investigation where I asked parents how many hours children play online, another question arose that I carried out in the following way.
Social distancing.
As we all know in many countries we are in quarantine that implies that we are in our homes somehow protecting ourselves from the evil virus, for that reason the children are not attending classes, in a face-to-face way to the schools.
So the learning and classes are being done online at home, the kids at home are learning, right. In order to receive information about Internet education and other activities that children should do, we parents should establish contact with the teachers to request the appropriate instructions and the steps that we should follow in order to try to provide an education that is very much in line with the school compendia.
This situation is happening to those of you who read to me and have children, in the midst of this quarantine we are the parents who teach our children.
Parents may not have a curriculum, much less pedagogy to impersonate teachers, but I'm sure they're doing their best to be in tune with daily schedules and activity ideas.
Time children use to surf the Internet.
I may have strayed from the main topic, but everything I mentioned is research related since it has to do with the time children use to surf the Internet, in that sense ask parents how many hours children and they as parents, last for the education of their children.
The answer was related to the second investigation, in some way the connection time used to dedicate it to online classes was a function of the company that parents have in their homes to establish an Internet connection.
All the parents consulted responded unanimously, agreeing that the time used for online classes is 3 hours for education only.
Personally, I think that the response from the parents disappoints me, in view of the little time they dedicate to education, which leaves me with a lot of uncertainty about how the parents do not know how to distribute the time between play and education well.
Unfortunately the companies that provide Internet service, sincerely do not provide a good service, however there may be an exception, but that company does not solve the entire problem of national service in Venezuela, which is terrible.
Delegate us 1000 SP
We share those rewards on a weekly basis and currently 1000 SP delegated to @project.hope will result with a profit of average 2 STEEM / week (which is slightly more than pretty much all delegating bots are offering).
If 3 hours are for education, then what can children learn in their education period?
That answer made me very sad, because it is too little time to learn, I think they should take more time.
The time to study is at least 6-7 hours.
Parents need to ensure that their wards are still on track academically even in the lockdown. 3 hours is way to small
If the confinement is something difficult to face, however, I also agree with you, when I spoke with the parents of these children, I let them know that there is very little time that the children spend to educate themselves.
@lanzjoseg online education is a good thing in this lockdown period , but it has many ill effects , all kids eyes will be effected with continuous online before laptop/p.c
Hi @adityajainxds
It is possible that it will have a negative effect. As for the time that the children are looking at the computer, however for education from home they have to be in front of the computer.
Learning at home for children is good in pandemic but for long time periode it is a problem. I have three children and two of them are in primary school. My kids at first week study diligently but current days, they seem to get bored and their mom will get bored to to help them study. I am not sure how to motivate them to study online because there are some activities that realy needs teachers direction not mom direction. The terrible thing is that they said that " Our mom is more strict than their teacher" That make me laugh and confused.
Hi @lebah
I know what you are telling me, my wife and I are also aware of our two girls are also in primary school, and since we are in social distance and at home they somehow lose interest in some moments to study.
Greetings from Venezuela
I think it is the responsibilities of parents this period to have their kids do more of online studies because children are usually more about playing online games.
Hi @ben-edom
If children tend to play a lot online, but that is the direct fault of the parents for not enforcing basic rules so that children do not exceed a time playing online. instead of spending time studying.
