I constantly make mistakes, a few years ago I decided to record them, and then play them back and reflect on the reasons that led me to make a certain mistake. I do this to educate myself, in the quest to reduce the number of times I may be tempted to repeat the mistake. Perhaps this method is not the most appropriate, but it works for me to avoid making mistakes in the future.
