I like to read these topics, it is very true what you mention "over time, this leader comes to feel unable to make mistakes and that is where he makes the biggest mistakes by feeling infallible", and something even more delicate is that he loses his human essence, getting carried away by vanity and any other anti-value, it is not easy to organize and work with uneducated people much less with professional people, who is a leader must understand that making mistakes is part of the human essence.
