That is why the Netzero Cities concept has been created, cities that will not only have to be energy self-sufficient but must also achieve net zero emissions, meaning that their contribution to climate change must be zero. The chosen cities will receive advice and financing from European funds to adapt their infrastructure and internal dynamics to drastically reduce polluting emissions, create healthier and socially inclusive environments for their inhabitants, in addition to seeking to be energy self-sufficient.

I personally do not agree with the idea that cities are becoming larger and denser, I believe that all the technologies that are appearing will allow us to have all the advantages of large cities but living in small urban centers surrounded by nature, which for me would be much more recommended and what is left over is space.

Yo personalmente no estoy muy de acuerdo con eso de que las ciudades se hagan cada vez mayores y más densas, creo que todas las tecnologías que van apareciendo nos permitirán tener todas las ventajas de las grandes ciudades pero viviendo en pequeños núcleos urbanos en plena naturaleza, lo que para mí sería mucho más recomendable y lo que sobra es espacio.
