Somatic is not only capable of cleaning each bathroom effectively but can also perform other tasks such as opening doors, using elevators and moving around the assigned environment without any problems. Unlike almost all my posts, this robot is not just a laboratory project but has been cleaning bathrooms in New York for months now.
Somatic no solo es capaz de limpiar cada baño de forma eficaz sino que también puede realizar otras tareas como abrir puertas, utilizar ascensores y desplazarse por el entorno asignado sin ningún tipo de problemas. Al contrario que casi todos mis post este robot no es solo un proyecto de laboratorio sino que ya hace meses que limpia baños en Nueva York.
It seems obvious that Somatic will end many jobs but we must recognize that these types of tasks are not only repetitive but I can think of few jobs that are more unpleasant than cleaning public bathrooms for people, what we will have to try to do is train citizens to be able to take care of other tasks.
Parece evidente que Somatic acabará con muchos empleos pero hay que reconocer que este tipo de tareas no solo son repetitivas sino que se me ocurren pocos trabajos que sean más desagradables que limpiar baños públicos para las personas, lo que habrá que procurar es formar a los ciudadanos para poder ocuparse de otras tareas.
